80 Blankets were delivered to Kori Kuriyval and Filomena LaPorte-Packer  with Volunteer Services at the LRH on Valentine's Day! 41 BOY blankets and 39 GIRL blankets!  Wow! We had great support!  They were received with excitement & graditude.  Special Thanks from the LRH to all the women of the Barnwell 2nd Ward Relief Society!

Relief Society Activity

Our "Wrapped In Love" Receiving Blanket Activity was on February 8th. There were about 35 women who joined together to make the blankets. We were able to make approx. 50 blankets with about 15 more that were taken home to finish. It was so much fun making these absolutely adorable blankets for the LRH. There were also women who made blankets at home and we really appreciate all those who helped make this project so successful. We hope the Mother's who receive these blankets will love them as much as we loved making them. 


Sweet Dreams!

Many women have been busy getting ready for our upcoming Relief Socity Activity Night, where we will be making the receiving blankets, for the Hospital (LRH).  We have no idea how many blankets we will be able to get sewn, but look forward to a fun time.
